Something big is coming to the Schumann Printers bindery, and it is designed to change how your projects move from press to finished piece. This summer, we are installing a new Müller Martini Publica Pro 15, a perfect binding system built for high-speed production, precise control, and the kind of consistency modern print work requires.

Here is what makes it different:

• 18 stream feeders keep signatures moving continuously for smoother, faster production

• 30 clamping stations support higher speeds while maintaining tight, consistent binding

• PUR and EVA adhesive options give us the flexibility to match durability, performance, and efficiency to your specific project

Paired with the Orbit Pro 3, we will be able to move between sizes quickly and efficiently, making format changes faster and more seamless than ever. On the backend, a Solema Smart cartoning system and Segbert automated palletizer will streamline packaging and palletizing, reducing handling and keeping jobs moving.
