To a large extent, customer satisfaction will depend on state-of-the-art equipment and the most up-to-date technology. We have that at Schumann Printers, Inc. But we know that high-tech equipment can never take the place of people.  We have specially selected and trained Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who are individually assigned to you. They work closely with you, both one to one and as a director of your team at Schumann Printers, Inc. Your CSR is your direct communication link to Schumann Printers, Inc. The CSR will handle everything from entering your orders to conveying your needs to various departments within our operation, such as scheduling and shipping. The CSR’s responsibility is simple— to keep the lines of communication open and make sure your needs are met, and met on time.  But communication itself, though always important, isn’t enough.  In addition to high-tech equipment and trained customer service personnel, we consider our printing-partnership with you crucial to achieving customer satisfaction.  A printing-partnership means that when you’re sweating to accommodate a late ad without disrupting shipping dates, we’re going to bend over backwards to work with you. We are appreciative that the one late ad is one more page you are giving us the privilege of printing. Pages aren't always on time. Mail lists may not be on time. Inserts or Tip-ons may not be here until tomorrow. We may be printing signatures, while waiting on pages for additional signatures. Instant responses and flexibity are our commitment. Sure, scheduling and technical limitations don’t always let us do all we might like. But you can be sure that as part of our printing-partnership program at Schumann Printers, Inc., we will view your every need as something important to our mutual success.
